My Kung fu journey began in 2003 and since then I have dedicated myself to the practice of our Chang Hong system.

This system has become an integral part of my life and afforded me many opportunities to learn, to travel, and to broaden my mind. Its richness and sheer scope ensure I will be a perpetual student always with something new to learn.

My hope is that by imparting this knowledge to my students, I can help change lives and empower them in the same way my teachers did so for me.

The Glencairn school was opened in 2014 when I relocated to Cape Town from Johannesburg and has gone from strength to strength ever since.
