Chinese Martial Arts and Health Centre

At our Centres we teach traditional styles of Chinese Martial and Health Arts which are better known in the west as Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Our Centres are found in South Africa’s three biggest cities, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. For almost 30 years we have provided comprehensive instruction in the Chinese martial arts and have had many thousands of students study with us.

How can our training benefit you?

There are many advantages to our Kung Fu training. The main benefits include self defence, increased strength and fitness, core training, mental fitness, discipline, stress relief and better health.

We also offer Yoga and Pilates classes for their wonderful fitness and health benefit.
